Hey I would like to ask about the use of fat burner. I would like to know how much different is taking fat burner+exercise with an ordinary exercise?, Secondly, since i'm currently taking Lecithin Dietary Supplement, is it ok to take fat burner while taking Lecithin? and lastly, I would like to know when should i take fat burner supplements? (like at what time of maybe should i take it after meals of before). Yes, I'm new on dieting and I'm almost over-weight with a beer belly. Your help would be very appreciative.

Hi OttoTheodore17! Fat burning supplements can actually make a huge different if you use them correctly... it doesn't mean that you can just eat whatever you want. You still need to eat a health balanced diet. I would be careful with combining Lecithin and a Fat burning supplement. Many fat burning supplements have horrible side effects, that is what I always lean towards all natural/herbal supplements, like DuVita's Appetite Plus
I would recommend taking any fat burning supplement in the morning, I take Appetite Plus in the morning because it breaks down fat all day long while reving up my metabolism for the day. And always with a meal to prevent feeling sick.
If you have any questions, feel free to email me at shefit.ruth@gmail.com... I would love to answer more questions.

Taking on fat burners can really fasten your weigh loss but it must definitely be in accordance with the appropriate intake. I think that intakes differ with dependent on the supplemental contents. Taking it after a meal makes you viable for stomach reactions  of hard elements. Relative information on your supplements provides you with safer modifications. But as a general rule, appropriate diet takes effort for habitual exercise and healthy meal management.

I thought I would post here.  I am trying to lose some excess weight.  Not a obscene amount.  Only about 20-30 pounds. I have started a new work out regimen and am eating better.  Although I do allow myself to cheat a bit on weekends.  Regardless it has only been two weeks but I still fear I may not see results as fast as I want.  I would like something to help burn off a lot of weight initially and then afterwards through working out and smart eating keep it off.  I have tried things like Hydroxycut and Xenadrine.  I know these are kind of the cookie cutter supplements out there.  For me the issue is that I can't take the recommended 2 pills 3 times per day because the caffeine is simply too much for me.  I can take half that and I have enough energy to last me all day until midnight or 1 am.  As such I know they aren't being very effective because I'm not taking the recommended dosage.  Is there a supplement that is a bit less reliant on caffeine?  I hear good things about Isatori LS7 and its somewhat affordable.  I know there are really good options for 60-70 dollars per bottle.  But thats not really an affordable option.  Thanks for your help.

Very few fat burners have been studied against exercise. Most fat burners have no research on the products themselves, only the ingredients. the main ingredient in most fat burners is caffeine

you mentioned Lecithin . it will help you burn fat because it is fat. Lecithin will not help weight loss. turns out anytime you eat fat - any fat - your body burns more fat - but not necessary body fat. It burns some of the food fat you use.

I think you can save your money on lecithin and fat burners

I think fat burners are useful, but when you get down to that last few pounds. I've used Oxyelite Pro on a cut and when I'm already dieting pretty hard I find it to be helpful. If I were you, I'd first focus on getting your diet correct, then try out a thermogenic product
