Flo Jo was a walking muscle.  She was beautiful outside and in.  I would love to have her grace, poise, and killer legs.  R.I.P. Flo Jo.

I bet Brad Pitt himself wishes he could still look like that.  Too skinny for my tastes, but hey, why not shoot for it.  It's your body.

I've got to get it in my head that if I want to look like a sprinter I need to sprint.  But I'm scared to go full out.  I'm a distance runner.  Different muscle fibers.  I need some tough love to get me outta my skeeredness!  Gosh, I feel like such a loser for saying that....

Get out there and sprint you lazy bum and quit making excuses. Since I'm not particularly confrontational, that was my attempt at tough love. Hope it helped .

Lol, it's amazing the difference you seen in protein shakes. I'm usually shooting for around 120 cals w/ 2 grams carbs but there are some out there that look like the back label of an ice cream container!

Barbara Palvin is my body idol at the moment. Only just found out about her. She's a new Victoria's Secret model. Prefer her to the others as she's a little bit more soft and curvy.

This is an interesting concept that I think really plagues the "diet" world.  There are many body shapes/types that we simply cannot realistically obtain with/without drugs.  I would LOVE to be as big and strong as an NFL linebacker, yet that look for me is impossible with taking some serious drugs.  Both men and women have these "images" from magazines or movies or whatnot that we see and we strive to reach yet never really step back to think if that's even a realistic goal.

I think it would be even more interesting to see what the other sex or the significant other or whatnot would view as the "ideal" bodyshape/image to see if the goals/desires line up....
