Your stats have not changed since August so neither has the advice http://www.caloriesperhour.com/forums/forum48/12788.html
I guess the question is: what have you been trying during the last 5 months and what can you learn from your experience

you don't need to calorie count yourself - you get your computer (stand alone program or a website) or a smartphone App to do it for you. There are many free calorie counting websites (for example this forum is owned by livestrong.com which offers one) so maths should not be an obstacle.
It is helpful to have general categories in my head - to direct me to appropriate choices. I think it metric - "calories per 100 grams"
vegetables 15-35
fruit 30-100
beans,corn,peas 90-130
meat,fish 100-300
bread 220-250
cereal 300-400
sweets 350-450
cake 400-500
chocolate 500-600
nuts 550-650
oil 900
