I will weigh in on Sat (so far I am down ) just checking in.
Oh I changed my workout routine:
Mon nights: Bodypump
Tues: Pilates (am) + 2 miles/20 min eliptical + Pilates (pm) 2x a month depending how sore I am from bodypump weight lifting class.
Wed: Cardio +tone
Thur-Eliptical 3miles/30 min (hills) + evening Pilates
Fri & Sat 3 miles eliptical/30 min (flat terrain) + 15 incline on the treadmill @ 4mph - I do this for 8 minutes (basically straight up hill) 100 calories burned roughly.
I will try this for a while, I really like and I feel great but if I start getting to beefy I will cut back.
Tuesday is the big day for my smart lipo and we're starting with my abs instead of my arms so I am not sure if I will be in the next challenge. I am nervous and excited at the same time . My Dr said I have very litttle body fat left (and pretty much nothing in my butt) its all tight muscle (never thought I could claim that ) and my goal is to loose 17 more pounds but who knows there not much left to loose by looking at me.
be back Sat,
Jen

| Speaking of the next challenge I certainly don't have a monopoly on this - if anyone wants to run the March/April challenge they're very welcome to start it - under the Challenges section!

Sorry I've been gone. We got a new computer and it took my dad like two weeks to get all the files and such switched over. There was a lot to do. Anyway, so my weight today is 137. So that's a good thing. I should be posting again on the 28th if my weight changes, but if it doesn't I won't.

Early on in this challenge I said that I set my goal too high at over two pounds a week. After so many times telling others not to do so!
I'm very happy to have lost 1.3 pounds a week, and I think from now on I will stick to a goal of a pound a week. It's much more encouraging when you reach your goals!
This was a real achievement for me in that I went out-of-town for a week and came back at the same weight. Though when I came home with a bad cold I did "my thing" and turned to food for comfort. Still, I got back to my lowest weight to end the challenge.
I'm getting up very early tomorrow and my weight might be higher just because I lose so much nightly in my sleep. So I'm going to make this my final weigh-in for the challenge.
Thanks so much for running it for us. It really helps!

I realize I need to take teeny tiny steps at this point to reach future goals, and that when I'm sick I need to take it easy and just try and maintain my weight.
Thanks for putting this challenge on.

Finishing at 124.5lb. So I've lost 1 kilo (2.2lb) in 2 months. It was slow progress but I'm happy with it. If it continues at this rate for the next 2 months that's great because sooner or later I'll get to goal!

Unfortunately no weight loss again. I've hit a plateau and it really is awful. I was nowhere near my goal weight loss. Its like my body doesn't want me to under 200 pounds.

Last weigh-in for this challenge this morning: 232 pounds. Not to my goal but still lower than what I weighed in before the challenge.
I would have made my challenge if I stuck to my original goal weight, which was at 235.
