Penalities

I think I might drop out of this challenge and rejoin next month, I've not been 100% lately and it doesn't feel right giving myself a penalty for not exercising when taking it easier is the sensible thing to do.

| by the way, I think an ocassional rest-day is a great idea to avoid over-training, so on the ocassions I actually take one (tends to be less often than once a week) I don't take the penality!

Yeah, problem is, my rest day has turned into a rest week and a half. Starting because my knee was acting up, and then when that started getting better I was put on these tablets which don't make me feel my best! And then I'm away for the weekend [although they do have a pretty decent exercise bike where I'm staying, I might see if I can use that] for my boyfriend's birthday [entailing meals out, ahh].
I do still walk pretty much everywhere, but I feel like a fraud counting that sometimes, especially if I've not done at least some exercise for the intention of exercising. 
I'll see how things go though!
Oh, and I forgot to add in my 1.2lb loss this week. $6 more for mee :D

Oh my!! I'm gonna back out of my own challenge .. I am sooo swapped getting ready for our move just found out we will close on our house in 3 weeks So I will be soooo busy this month and also in June..
