Down....174.4.

So, life has been hard.  Haven't been working hard on it.  But the happiest thing is that I am not gaining.  Taking a new medicine....and Abby had another UTI.  So we had to go to the Hospital.  She might have to have surgery...not even the new kind...but old fashion cut her up.  NOt looking forward to making that decision.

Sheldon's job ends soon....we are trying to figure out where we are going to be.  He applied for a new job in Ohio....and was offered the position.  His old place will give him a 1 year renewal.  So we are trying to decide...between the two.  New one is permanent....but....lots of pros and cons on both ends.

Plus, Sheldon has been extra stressed this semester with Abby's stuff.  So he is a bit behind on stuff...so that adds extra stress.  But since my meds are making me a bit more "energetic" I am working hard at giving him the extra time.

Take care everyone...and I will talk with you next week....hopefully I will be another pound or so down.  Next Monday, I will start up again at the gym.  It will be a month since my surgery...so I should be good to go.

I am definitely hoping to do this again next month.  The 9th is my birthday....so I would love to be under 170 by then.  I forgot about that for awhile...but I will refocus on it.

down 4lb.

I'm not sure what is happening with the scales. For a few weeks my clothes have been a lot looser and i'm fitting into some UK size 12's but sometimes the scales show no weight loss. Today they stayed the same and I moved them to different part of the floor and its showing 11S 1lb a drop of 4lb. I did this about 4 times so not sure but it does make sense.

I'll need to invest in new ones.

Hi Lami, Try them on a firm surface ie wood. You tend to get a false reading on carpet.

Thanks Lami!

CW 54.96kg (121.1lb) :down_arrow:
LW 55.15kg (121.5lb) this week a loss of 0.19kg (0.42lb)
SW 55.98kg (123.3lb) loss of 1.02kg (2.25lb) for the challenge

So during this challenge period I achieved my aim of losing 1lb

And having stabalised after the disconcertingly speedy gains of the January junk-food period I believe I am once more ready to continue with the weight-gain (muscle-gain, strength-gain) objective.
