hey zas....its the "10 minute solution tone trouble zones, 10 minute workouts to shape up your body" i got it off amazon for like 4 bucks. no stretchy band included though....i happen to have one from my leslie videos so it worked out. :) id look on amazon before getting it regular priced, its not a new video, its from 07. i know that amazon had it used and new. :)

today, had ptc meeting for mj progress at school, then had to run to store for her snack day tomorrow, then home for homework. had such a #%@&! headache again this a.m. that i laid down for an hour. thankfully it went away and i managed to get my 2 mile walk strong video done.

today: 30 min cardio. 10 min strength.

Hi guys, sorry I was missing most of last week. Just a busy stressful week. I did get to the gym a couple of times but I have not idea how much so I won't count any of it. Next week I am adding another strengh day but that means I may not make my cardio goals but whatever.

Next week goal---Strength 2 times U,C and L and  cardio total of 180 minutes. That may be a little too ambitious but I'll give it a try.

Glad to hear you're ok Hiker.

I've been over indulging for two days and haven't really been keeping track of my diet or exercise....it's all a bit of a blur.....

I did dance the night away two nights in a row. I'll get back on track tomorrow.

Well done everyone who reached their goals this week.

Hiker and Lami, I've been kinda under the weather and eating too much this last week too.  Is the moon in a certain phase, or what?

BJ, you just keep rolling on, don't you?  :shooting_star:

I suspect Cindy will come in here with a ton of cardio to report, too.

Zas, how are you doing?

Not sure where I left off. But, put me down for nothing on thurs. then 60mins cardio on Friday. Then nothing on sat. and now I am finishing up on the bike. I did 60mins cardio earlier and now doing the last 40mins for the week. So, that is 100mins cardio for today. Now I need to work on doing the strength. I might change it up next week. I will come on tomorrow with my new plan of action....

HI Nancy, no you didn't miss anything. I didn't give you any numbers becasue I didn't keep track myself. No big deal. I didn't expect it to show up on the chart. Hopefully this week I will be better about reporting. Of course I already missed going to the gym today so I am not off to a great start.

But, I am going for the same goal this time. I need to force myself to do the strength.

So far this is what I have done. 60 mins cardio for Monday & 100mins cardio for tuesday.

hello all :) yesterday i had a BEAR of a headache, I did actually do something though, just not a workout. I went to my folks house to get some cedar for burning, our wood guy has no wood....so dad offered us to take some. I loaded for 30min, then unloaded and stacked for another 40 min because i moved what we had here, then i cut up some larger pieces for 30 min. Tuesday: cardio and strength 1 hour each.

wednesday: errands, then early pickup for mj, so we took a walk today. 55 min total, leisurely but good pace, and then i carried her the last two blocks. wednesday: 55 min of cardio and 10 min of strength.

I will keep my goals the same, I can't do any worse than I did last week....the only way is up .

Hiker at least you reached your goal on the Nir's weight loss challenge, really well done.

I went up stairs to do some exercise today and managed

5 mins cross trainer
5 mins bike
5 mins treadmill

NOT a good start but it was a start. I've still no energy.

I'll try again tomorrow and if that fails I'll go for a walk outside and see if that helps.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Hey, Sorry so late posting.

I finished up last week with 60mins cardio Thursday and 60mins cardio and ulc friday and that was it. So, fell short on both cardio and strength.

Nancy, you can take me out for now. I will still be exercising I just need to cut back for awhile. My class ends next week and then I get a little bit of a break so I might join back then.

Despite my brain trying to trick me into not doing it...what's the point, etc. ect. you were useless yesterday...etc ...thought of the encouraging words and went and got my trainers and joggers on the went for it....

I did

15 minutes walking whilst doing arm weight exercises
15 minutes jogging/running
5 minutes bike

Not great but better than yesterday and even better than the day before. I'm getting there.

Thanks for your encouraging words.

thanks!

today i had a power day, i did my 4 mile super challenge. i feel good but i am winded a bit to be honest. i dont have a headache THANK GOD so i am happy to be tired and nothing else :) i also vacuumed for 15 min.

tuesday: 54 min of cardio. no strength for today but i did get a great all over body workout with this 4 miles. :)

Sounds like a beautiful house Zas...you've been busy woman and can't do everything....

Well after making a really positive start at the beginning of this week my son decided to paint his room and dumped everything into my wee exercise room. I know that's not an excuse but I'm furious with him as he promised he'd have it back to normal today. He ran out of paint and so I have to wait another day, he'll now need to gloss so that will be another day. The weather outside has been baltic and really strong, cold winds.

On a positive note I did loose 4lb but I don't trust the scales won't be 4lb back up next week after my last experience!!! I hope not tough as it's a really positive feeling and so encouraging to think you've lost 4lb. I'm starting to imagine I'm looking a bit slimmer and even if I'm not I think I am.... haha;

Wednesday: 47 min of cardio and strength please.
