CW 54.98kg (121.0lb)
LW 54.92kg (121.0lb) this week a gain of 0.06kg (0.13lb)
SW 54.37kg (119.8lb) for the challenge a gain of 0.61kg (1.34qlb).
At 2,500 since October 24th (on that date 53.96kg). Over 61 days an increase of 1.02kg (2.25lb), that's 0.12kg (0.26lb) gain a week which is the rate I always thought would be appropriate. Graph is of the 2,500 calorie period (which slightly pre-dates the current challenge).

CW 178.8
That will be my final wieght for this challenge. I really blew it basically this entire year. Nevertheless I haven't given up so although I've lost a lot of battles this year, I haven't lost the war.

It's Monday. Time to weigh in.
I'm now at 236 pounds. I measured myself on a different scale this time. I haven't been able to use the scale at Planet Fitness the past few days.

| I'll post my final weigh in on the final day of this challenge. Though it doesn't look good.

I am back up a little...183.4. I hope to get back down again. I guess eating all that chocolate isn't helping. :(
I really hope we start this challenge back up at the beginning of the year. Is it okay if I still post my weight on Monday or do i need to do it on Friday?

final weight-171.3 I truly did put much effort into this challenge. Obviously, not enough. Christmas proved too much for me. When I'm posed with sweets in front of me, I have a hard time declining and I binge. I also set my goal too high. All in all, it is a loss. Happy New Year to everyone!!!!

Final weigh in: 120.9
I'm happy with that. Not much change, but more important, put a halt to the gain, and over the holidays, too. The challenge really helped.

Thanks everyone. I will update the challenge table later today and/or tomorrow (and again when slightly-late results arrive). A new challenge for January/February will be available later today or tomorrow.
My final weigh-in:
CW 55.05kg (121.3lb)
LW 54.98kg (121.1lb) this week a gain of 0.07kg (0.15lb)
SW 54.37kg (119.8lb) for the challenge a gain of 0.68kg (1.50lb) - reaching 75% of my goal.
At 2,500 since October 24th (on that date 53.96kg). Over 68 days an increase of 1.09kg (2.40lb), that's 0.11kg (0.25lb) gain a week which is the rate I always thought would be appropriate. Graph is of the 2,500 calorie period (which slightly pre-dates the current challenge).

(From today and for the next challenge I'll be eating 2,400 calories and provisonally be aiming to lose 1lb during the 2 month period. The key thing would be that will not tolerate any loss of strength at the gym either in terms of weights used or energy for my CV workouts, in fact I'll still be hoping for strength to be moving in the right direction - but I'd be hoping for a bit of re-composition and for overall weight to stabalise i.e. for a minor amount of fat to be chizelled away.)

Hi Nir and everyone else,
It's lovely to see the same names still there, doing what I haven't been doing! I need these challenges to set myself goals and targets and stick to them. Without, I slide back into unhealthy habits and look where I am now. I'll join the next challenge as my weight over the last six months has crept (or leapt?) back to where I was before the last one, the Independence Day Challenge. You guys are vital to my health and well-being and congratulations to all of you for doing so well and hanging on in there! Wish you all a Happy and Healthy 2011 and look forward to joining the next challenge!

| Boy it's tough seeing my results, or lack there of actually posted....maybe it is the wake up call I need. Nir I am so glad you are willing to keep running these challenges,as bad as I did I think it does help to keep posting....I do even worse if I don't so for even for those of us who do poorly I beleive it still helps. I will be looking forward to the next challenge and this time I will do it.

Final weigh in the same
Thanks Nir for running these challenges. Reflecting on the past year, I have maintained which is better than gaining but not much.
I want to do better in 2011.
Cheerio

| I haven't been around to report my final weigh in for this challenge, but it was 114.8lb I can't remember if that's better or worse than my last weigh in but Christmas, despite being a fairly moderate one, still caught up with me!
