I ate chicken sandwich with BBQ and mustard (both low cal condiments), turkey slices, and baked beans. Each separated by 3 hours to maximize fat burning.

Black bean burgers, apple sauce, cherries, and cereal with soy milk. I haven't had dinner yet though.

Breakfast: didn't have time, just water
Lunch: bagel with 2 slice provolone, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers, and lettuce
Haven't had dinner yet. Still trying to decide what to have.

Sort of broke the good dieting trend today....
Breakfast: peanut butter and jelly sandwich, banana and strawberries, low-fat chocolate milk
Lunch: Snickers ice cream bar, Twix candy bar, small bag of Doritos chips, iced tea
Planning for dinner. I feel absolutely ravenous today, but I think I'll try to eat as little as possible.

i ate a whole wheat bagel with fat free cream cheese 4 brkft
a ceasaer salad 4 lunch lowfat dressing and no crutons
and dinner mash potatos- no gravy and grilled chicken
i wish
really......
no brkfst
a rib bq sanwich for lunch along with fries and peaces and choc milk
and a side salad and half a bag o chips

Had a bad eating day today...
Breakfast: burrito with eggs, potatoes, tortilla, salsa (~1000 calories)
Lunch: Trail mix, 2 Twix and peanut butter candy bars (~750 calories)
Dinner: Stuffed and already at my calories for the day. If I get hungry, I'll find some celery or something.

I've only had half a serving of cerial today, and it's been 4 hours and I'm still not hungry.
I cut back on my eating to lose weight, eating about 1000-1300 cals a day.

I aim for less than 1000 calories a day, so usually I have a large, healthy breakfast to keep me going, like bran flakes with banana slices and then my dinner at night. I'm a vegetarian, which helps because my meals are always lower calorie.
So today I have had-
An mini apple tart- 238 calories , wow =O
Dinner I'm not sure about, but will probably be in the region of 300-500 calories.
Voila! Whe I feel hungry I just drink to large glasses of water.
