DAILY GOALS:

I did awesome at my weigh and measure today with Brad. In the last 2 weeks I dropped fat and gained muscle. Typically I see a one pound fat loss per month, maybe two. I lost 1-1/2 fat lbs and gained 1 lb muscle.

I start the FL4I diet tomorrow. I see Brad in 2 weeks again. Very eager to see how this  diet works and if I do even better. I entered my food for tomorrow into the bodybugg system and I see I have to watch the fats. They add up FAST!

Cardio will be a challenge; my knee is super cranky tonight.

Very happy how I felt with my food today. Incredibly satisfied. It is late and it is my grazing time. I am not hungry in my body, only in my head. I did not get nearly enough water in today so will have to work seriously hard on that. A big weak point of mine. My knee had me limping most of the day but felt the need to try cardio so gave it 30 minutes. I might regret that tomorrow but we will see.

Still challenged to get enough water in. Knee pain is on and off.

I AM NOT HAVING A GOOD TIME OF THINGS.

MY ATTEMPTED POSTINGS KEEP DISAPPEARING.

I am starting over. Tired of writing an explanation and having my post disappear. Going to focus on protein, complex carbs, dump the salt, eat every few hours, and get back to my Omega Oil, not nuts or nut butters that are my trigger.

I weighed 130 today and that is disgraceful.

The forum can be a bit unreliable. If I am writing a long post I draft it in NOTEPAD and then copy it into the browser; other people do select-all;copy (CTRL-A CTRL-C) to save a copy of their draft post into the clipboard at regular intervals

Thx for the heads up on pasting my messages. Its kind of you to help. I decided to crank into my diet tomorrow. That will give me 10 days to make improvements before my weigh and measure with Brad Wednesday after next.

My knee is a bit better today. Have been off it all day at the computer. Will continue to do that for the next 2 days as well.

I have sugar issues. I have late night eating issues. I have food issues period. Gotta rise above it all. After 40 years of dieting, my brain, or inner child... who knows... wants freedom. The less I try to follow a structured menu, the better I do. When I follow healthy principles and know I can eat freely but smart.... I quit thinking about food.

So off to wake up hubby, watch a movie and go to bed. Will exercise tomorrow, and eat VERY wisely the next 10 days with hopes to see substantial progress.

That will be a miracle based on how I have eaten the last 48 hours.

As of now I am HOMEGIRL, SPARTAN, WONDERWOMAN... HOSS. I know that does not make sence to the outer world but it is who I was in 2007. Or so I was called. That is still me, and time to bring her out again. :heart:

Today my hubby and I will be planning our vacation which is right around the corner. I want to look good for that trip and not have to buy large cloths. Would much rather use the wardrobe I already have that fit me 6 months ago. Amazing how 10 lbs extra on a small frame can spin a persons life upside down. I SO APPRECIATE the struggles my clients go through!!!

I have eaten very well today so far. Its time for dinner and wondering what to fix. Thought we were going out but didn't happen.

Discovered a GREAT EASY NEW RECIPE!!!

1 PACKET OF INSTANT FLAVORED OATMEAL with 3 EGG WHITES!!! Fry it like a pancake; makes 4 medium size. AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL!

To the recipe I added 1 T milk and a dash of cinnamon. Topped with strawberries.

OMG I THINK I WILL BE LIVING ON THESE!!!!

Doing a little test post... having trouble again. How weird. Never had so much trouble with forum posting before. Tools are missing and I can't do what I could do before. This is getting very upset. Why would it keep changing?

This thing works horrible. The commands are not functioning right.

Im not going to post here anymore. It is too irritating. There is another place that works perfect every time, and Im always excited to share there. All this thread is, is a struggle for me to make it inspirational for me. I gave it a shot and cant deal with the frustration of it any more.
