I was going to just keep up my old diary but I saw Mollymoo had started a new one and I thought it was a great idea so I admit it...I copied her idea. I want to consider this not getting back on track but starting over, clean slate and all that stuff.

I am getting ready to get back to watching my wieght in a serious manner starting on Monday, the 3rd so just a quick recap of my successes and failures--I started this process in early 2008 at 184 pounds, but the end of 2008 I was down to 138. In 2009 I stayed on track and lost an additional 11 pounds and at the end of 2009 I was at 127. 2010 started ok but in April I started to put some weight back on, at first it wasn't a concern becuase I was down in the low 120's actually a little less than I liked. BUT, then it kept on and honestly by August I gave up and by October I knew I was out of control but seemed unable to stop it.

So no my weight is up to 178.8 so that will be my starting weight, my first goal is to loss 18 pounds by March 31st, that is an average of 1.5 pounds per week which is doable....I will loose more the first week or two but then it will slow down but from experience I can pretty much plan  on an average of 1.5 IF I keep my calories down to 1200 Monday -Thursday and 1500 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That would be an average daily of 1329 but I find it works better for me to go a little lower during the week and to allow myself a small treat on the weekends.  I plan to do what I did before just watch the calories and processed carbs. I can not believe I allowed myself to gain all of my weight back but I did and that is the fact I have to live with, crying about it won't help...time to get off my butt and fix it. I will be starting back tomorrow and I hope I won't bore you guys to death but I will be telling you what I am eating and such. I did a lot of thinking about it this week and my binging has 2 root causes...one is easy to fix, that is sugar binges caused by eating too many processed carbs. Once I allow myself to start eating them I tend to let it get out of control. The answer is simple, stay away from them when ever possible and if I do have a day when they are out of control, get right back on track. Second and this is tougher is stress, my old job was very stressful and I could not control my eating and then caring for my Mom added to it. I got a better job and my mom passed away and it got a lot easier. Unfortunately the job is getting stressful again with cut backs and all, more work less time but that is not going to change so I am going to have to figure a way to deal with that without feeling sorry for myself and eating everything in sight. I tried several times last year to get back on track without success I need to mentally re-balance myself, I believe I have done so over the last couple of weeks and I am ready. I have even gone the extra step of taking photographs of me at this weight and I am hoping to have some great "after" photos. Of course that will be some time with 50 pounds to lose.

In addition to recommitting myself to counting calories I also need to recommit to exercise, I am going to have to start slow, the knees and back are ok but not great, probably due to the extra weight I am carrying. I will get back to the gym but for now I won't go full out. I don't want to do so much I discourage myself so just enough so that I am challenged. I did do one very brave thing and took some photos of me at this weight, I am hoping to be able to have some next year that look a lot better.

I feel lousy physically and my cloths don't fit, there is nothing I like about the way I look or feel  right now...ok...I did get a pretty good hair cut LOL. Anyway I know you guys will be here to help me and also to be on the journey with me, I am glad to have this site to go to and "talk" with others.

Hi Hiker and good luck with your new plans. I remember having my weight loss 'blip' back in 2006 (5 weeks of almost constant binge-eating) and I also started new diaries (though in my case mostly because the forum software just didn't seem to want to handle the diary once it got to a certain size). Personally I'm looking forward to being rid of all the junkfoods tucked away in my flat so I can have a 100% healthy day.

Hi Hiker,

That's a really positive way to start the year. If I knew how to start a new diary I would too. How do you start afresh diary?

I too plan to start tomorrow day of reckoning with the scales.....DREADING that but like you will face up to it and knuckle down and get started.

I won't say good luck as luck has nothing to do with it. Keep up that strong resolve.

Hi Hiker! I know just what you mean. Been doing this start over thing for almost two years now. Hoping to really get somewhere this year instead of slowly gaining.

I have allot of planning that I have done. I wasn't really planning on doing to much until my physical next week at the doctors. But yea, I have been way out of control. Lately not so much. I been more concerned about how much I am eating. I am still struggling with the types of foods I eat. Geezzz...I use to eat so clean and now I eat like #%@&!. lol, I'm sure you can relate.

You know, I really miss talking to you and to Bj on here. It will be nice to pop in your diary from time to time and see what is going on. I would start a new one also, but I am a die hard. So, I will be like Nir and wait until it gets to large.

Well, good luck this year. Hopefully we both can get back into the diet frame of mind and get somewhere.

Thanks Lami and Cport, I appreciate the support.

Today was a good day. I got up at 5 and was at the gym by 5:30. I did a 20 minute stretching and warm up session. Then I did the StairMaster, I could only do 5 minutes at level 6 ( I used to do 30 minutes at level 6) but nevertheless it was something. I then did 40 minutes on the treadmill. I did 1/3 intervals, 2 minutes at 6% incline, 6 minutes at 1.5% incline and kept the speed steady at 3.5mph. I was sweating, not dying but worked up a nice sweat.

Breakfast was 1 cup low fat cottage cheese.                                                             Snack was a banana.                                                                                                       Lunch I had 4oz broiled chicken thigh in a low carb wrap.                                         Snack --6oz Greek yogurt.                                                                                        Supper 1/2 cup winter squash, 1 cup roasted asparagus and 6 oz broiled cod.        Snack tonight will be an orange.

My calories for the day will be 1300, 100 over my goal but for a first day I am satisfied. I guess I will give up the low carb wrap next time to save 80 calories. I know 3 snacks seems like a lot but I do better with 6 small meals, well 5 small and one average as my supper isn't "small".

I am trying really hard not to get discouraged by the extra 100 calories but it does kind of bother me, I thought I was being sooooo good. In my head I know it's not bad but still it does bother me. And the reality is I burned more than 100 calories with my workout.

Thanks Cport, it helps to hear that it isn't the end of the world.

Today was a little better, my calories are still going to be over but only by 83 calories and I felt I made some good decisions. I wrote my calories down early in the day planning all my meals. By doing that I saw some potential problems and dealt with them ahead of time. I had planned to have a baked potato with supper so I cut it in half, I was just as satisfied and save about 100 calories .

For exercise I spent 45 minutes on the treadmill, I did 1-2 intervals, 4 minutes at 1.5 incline and 2 minutes on 6 incline and a steady speed of 3.5. I was tempted a couple of times to reduce the 6% incline or reduce the speed but I didn't and when I was done I was tired but I felt good about it.

It feels good to have a couple of good days, I know it's only 2 days but as they say "a journey of a million miles starts with a single step".

I went to the gym today for a body pump class, my first in a couple of months. Oh boy am I going to pay for lack of exercise and overeating. I was so weak I could not believe it. By the time we got to the lunges I couldn't use any weight at all, just my own body weight was all I could handle. I guess that makes sense, I am carrying an extra 50 pounds it's going to be a lot harder to move this body.

I found a great new food, shiratake noodles, they are made from yams and you can use them like noodles or pasta. I used them with goulash and a cup is only 40 calories and 6 carbs compared to a cup of noodles which would have been 200 calories and 40 carbs--great trade off. They are a little more mushy than regular noodles but the trade off is well worth it I think. Unfortunately I can only get them in the health food store and of course pay top dollar. I heard they had them at Trader Joe's but I went and they did not, at least not at the one I went to. I will try another when I'm near it. I can also get it from the Asian food stores but I always feel uncomfortable there, I have no idea why, the people are very nice but they want to talk to me and I usually can't understand them and then I feel awkward,  so I guess it's the health food store. In any case they are pretty good and a good substitute.

Calories today were 1196--finally a day under 1200....just barely but I did it .

Well done Hiker, you're really getting into this now, it shows me if you can do it then there's no excuse for me not to. I am trying to stay at 1200 calories a day but have been guessing food intake these last few days so I'm not sure if I'm over or under.

No exercise for me today, it was a planned rest day. They just delivered a DVD I ordered on stretches but it's 6:30 pm and for me that is way too late for me to do anything. I am 100% a morning person, I was up this morning at 4 am at my computer working but ask me to do anything after 9 pm and there is no way.

My calories are on track for the day, allowing for my evening snack I will be 1223, right where I want them to be for now. I tried somehting new for supper I had soup and a ham and cheese wrap, I had a pear that was very ripe so I decided to slice it up and put some on the wrap. It was really pretty good.

Writing my food down the day ahead seems to be working out for me. It allows me to make changes ahead of time if I need to. It makes sense becuase I like things planned out and I do not like last minute changes. I have known that about myself for years but I just never thought about it applying to my eating. Well, this sure is learning process.

I like to plan ahead too.  I'm glad your meal plans are working for you.  I've been thinking of doing the same thing but haven't gotten myself organized enough to get there.  Hopefully, I'll be doing the same thing by next week.

Great job staying on track Hiker!

I think you and me are opposites. My hubby loves to get up early and get things done...not me..I would sleep till noon if I could.

I get up at 5 or 5:30am everyday and I hate it. I move at a snails pace until 8 or 9... And I do most of my exercise at night after 7pm. I try to get it done earlier..but if I don't then I hit the treadmill when my shows come on. I really should have a night job...lol

It's the only way I allow myself to watch tv..lol

Hiker, I could have written the intro in your new diary.   I wonder how many of us have been there?  Probably a big percentage of the CPH buddies!

I'm going at it very slow this time.......I'm usually in such a hurry!   Maybe this time will be the last time?   Sure hope so, for both of us!

Eating a low sugar plan for a few months now, I find that seems to be my biggest ally in controlling what I eat........and keeping the grains "whole".   It's made it much easier!

So glad we've got each other........hang in there!   You are getting those tough "first days" behind you.......that's step 1.

Thanks guys, it is nice to have so much support, it really helps. I find being on this site, talking with others is really helpful. I really am glad I made the decision to come back here. I feel like maybe this time I will be successful.

Cport, you need to start a day care for people who work the 11 pm to 7 am shift....they kids will sleep you can work out and get paid for it at the same time. LOL.

Hisgal, it really helps to hear I am not the only one, in my head I know that but it is a lot easier to hear it from others who have been there. I agree with you about the sugar, actually I find I need to limit all processed carbs  which includes sugar. The more I eat the more I want. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it is wise to give them all up, but limiting does seem to make it easier.

Zas, no South Beach didn't work out for me, I took some of the principles and do try to watch my carbs and I try to keep to health carbs, fruit, veggies and a small amount of whole grain bread. I seem to have the best luck when I limit carbs but not eliminate them or be too strict.

I am on track for today, I was a little worried because I was meeting a friend for lunch but I managed to stay on track, I had chicken noodle soup and a small salad with low fat dressing. We went to see The Season of the Witch, pretty decent movie. I did break down and had a 1/2 of a soft pretzel. I had brought some grapes but not enough. Lesson learned, next time I should bring a little more with me. For supper we went to Applebee's and I had one of their under 550 calories meals, I had the shrimp w/ rice and broccoli, 360 calories and really very good.

Hey there!  Thanks for directing me to your new journal!

From the number of responses here, we are definitely not alone in the "fresh start category".

You talking about getting back into the gym reminded me (thank you) of a new workout/toning DVD a friend mentioned over the holidays.  I am hoping having something "new" to try will spice things up.

I'll be checking in...and cheering you on...

Had another good day, it feels good to string a few together....I won't get cocky though, I know how easy it is to trip up....done it often enough .

Pretty much a usual Saturday...running errands. Spent a lot of money on cars, one needs a new exhaust, the other had all kinds of minor things wrong with it. Before we were done we had spend $500 on the two cars...just what we need. Oh well, nothing we can do about it. It didn't send me into an eating sping so that was a good thing. I was dying for a Dunkin sandwich so I combined my morning cottage cheese and my morning snack of fruit and had enough calories saved for a egg white, ham and cheese on an english muffin....it tasted so good.

I tried my new Beginner Stretch DVD out today, it was okay and it sure did reveal how tight I was but I think I want something more yoga like. I prefer to spend a half hour doing fewer stretches but holding them longer. This DVD does a lot of different stretches but they aren't held very long. I don't know that I am right but I feel I get more benefit when I hold stretches for 30 seconds or so. Of course it would have to be a very easy yoga DVD. I think I will check Collagevideo. com, they do provide a lot of good info on DVD's, the prices are high but the info is good.

We didn't really get any snow at all, I'm kind off bummed about that but instead of snowshoeing tomorrow I guess we'll take the dogs for a short hike, maybe an hour or two.

I came back on to edit becuase I checked out the video and now I am confused...it says there are 3 types of stretch exercise...Static--which is what I apparantly go, yoga which focusees on mind and breath and Tai Chi which features slow precise movements. Hmmm I think Tai Chi is probably what I want, I thought it was yoga but now maybe not.

There must be something to this stretching thing. Whenever my cat moves, she first always does a full body stretch.  I've noticed most cats do that.  Do your dogs stretch a lot?

Hiker, another place I go to get reviews on stuff is Amazon.com. They sell almost everything and there is always a ton of people's reviews with each item. So, if you find a dvd that you want to try look it up and see what the other people said about it. I do that all the time on things. Weather I buy it from them or not.

Well done Hiker, you've really made a huge effort getting started and it's paying off. Doesn't it feel good to set goals, stick to them and see positive results.

I do the same as Cindy and check Amazon before buying anywhere else and they sell almost everything. Another site particularly good for DVD's and music is Play.com I'm not sure if you get that in USA but might be worth checking out and a bonus if they do.

Suenos, I do wish I could take that snow for you. I know TN has mountains and that must be where you are becuse I alwasy think of it as being south and therfore warm. It is hard for me to imagine not loving snow but I know most don't agree with me. Now for me....hot weather---pure torture. You would not believe how much I whine in the summer....I get sick of hearing myself .

Nancy, yup...the dogs do a big full body strech as soon as they get up and I swear the house could be burning down around them but the are going no where until they get there morning strech.

Cport, thank, I love Amazon too, they do have great reviews and I usally end up buying from them but collagevideo really gives a lot of info on the DVD, really breaks down what is on the DVD etc. Between both sites you really get a good feel for it. This morning I went on Amazon and bought Element AM & PM Yoga for Begginers, 4 1/2 stars on both sites, $3 cheaper on Amazon. I should have checked out that other DVD more carefully before I bought it. Live and learn.

Lami, I did check check out play.com, it is a good site for info I will definitely use it in the future....the prices look so cheap becuase there in pounds, at first I thought the DVD I wanted was$5.99 but it was 5.99 pounds, big difference..

I went for an hour hike this morning with the dogs, it was pretty icey so I got a a decent work out in...I wore my Stabilicers but still need to be careful. Falling is not fun. Those Stabilcers are great though, they were a little pricey but I am glad I have them. I have had mine about 3 years and every time it's icey and am so glad to have them.

I weighed in for the challenge today and I am down yo 174.5, 4.3 pounds.  That was based on my average weight for the week but if I compare last Sunday to today I am down 6.2 pounds so I am happy with that. I will just use the average weight but I wanted to see what the first week would be like. I think the fact that I am planning my eating out a day ahead is helping me. I don't always stick with it 100% but if I make a swap I try to be sure the calories are similar. That way I find I don't get to the end of the day and have no calories left. I am one who really needs to save a few calories for an evening snack, it can be a piece of fruit but I just can't seem to go with nothing after supper. I know it's all in my head but....isn't that what counts?

I went to the gym this morning and I am pretty proud of myself. Usually I do 5 minutes on the Stairmaster and then 40-45 on the treadmill but the all of the Stair-masters were taken so that is usually my built in excuse to blow it off...it's just five minutes. But today, when I finished on the treadmill there were some Stair-masters free and I got on and did my 5 minutes. Not a big deal but I felt good because it would have been so easy to skip.

Supper was cod, broccoli and cabbage. Not really cabbage but coleslaw mix, I had a bag and didn't have calories for coleslaw so I tossed it in a pan with a little olive oil and a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, it was really good.

I am going to my brother tomorrow and we are going to do take out....I need to be sure to have my resolve with me .

We are suppose to get a good snow storm tomorrow night into Wednesday so I won't get to the gym. Wednesday is a strength day so I check out my DVD's and I have something I can do instead. I am sure it won't be as challenging as the Body Pump class but again, better than doing nothing.

I am so excited, we are suppose to get hit w/ 12-14" of snow....yes! I am visiting a friend on Saturday but I will be out there snow shoeing Sunday. I would cancel my visit but I don't see this couple very often so I will just have to wait until Sunday. We have conservation woods behind our house and no one goes there so as long as it stays cold we should have some great snowshoeing. The place I really like to go will be packed down by Sunday as a lot of people go there on the weekends. No matter the dogs can run off leash on the conservation land...not really suppose to but who cares....I'll pay the fine if I get caught .

And I have the crock pot out ready to cook some soup for tomorrow. Not sure if I will make veggie or bean....I think I will let my husband choose.

This is what tonight will look like.  Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Ah, a woods behind the house? Sweet. We had a woods behind our house when when I was a kid. It was awesome. There's nothing like woods when you are a kid.

I'll get my exercise tomorrow shoveling my house and my mom's house.

Enjoy...

That is so cute! You are infectious with your enthusiasm for snow it reminds me when I was small and loved playing in the snow. Have lots of fun while it lasts.

I think that is why I love snow so much, I always feel like I'm 12 years old again whenever it snows and it so beautiful. We ended up with somewhere between 18-24 inches, hard to tell because of the drifts.

I made a pot of soup in the crock pot so when I finished working I went out and shoveled a little and then had a nice supper.

Last night we went to my brothers and we decided to order take out,  we ordered from a pizza place but I stayed strong and ordered a Greek salad, it was actually pretty good and it meant I stayed on track for the day. Well worth it.

I couldn't get to the gym today but I did pop in one of my weight training DVD and did 30 minutes of weights so I got something in. The shoveling doesn't count, my son and husband do most of it, I am really just playing.

Crazy busy day today all moring in the car going to different clients then into Boston for a meeting....what a waste of time. But I did good, I planned ahead and before I left the house I tossed a small can of tuna and some grapes into a bag. I even tossed in a cheese stick as a precaution but I didn't eat that so I am doing well on my caloires for the day. I can't say enough that at least for me planning ahead is very helpful.

It was the second largest blizzard in January that Worcester ever got (Number 1 being the Blizzard of '78).  You were probably the most happiest person in the whole east coast on Wednesday, Hiker.  Seems like you can't get enough of snow.

Boston, you are right....I have been very very happy.

Eating has gone well this weekend, went out with friends yesterday but I stayed on track. We also went to see The Kings Speech and I kept my hand out of the popcorn so I am happy with my eating so far. I haven't done a lot of exercise but today we did get out snowshoeing, we were out with the dogs for an hour. The dogs were covdered with snow balls, they looked so cute but when we got in I had to rinse them off in the sink otherwise my house would have been a total mess. Actually they were so bad we had to stop a couple times and get some off of them so they could walk right. I get this spray which is suppose to stop that problem but it doesn't seem to do much. Think I'll look around for something else because it really is uncomfortable for them. Anyway it was a great day out in the woods, we were only out about an hour so so but it was really hilly terrain, so it was good exercise....and it is right behind our house so we didn't have to go far .

Next weekend we have our nephews coming, ages 5 and 7. We've looked into snow shoes but the ones for kids are just junk and we can't afford to buy them real ones so we are thinking of taking them sledding. I will keep looking around for some deals for next year.

Awwww, you make winter sound so wonderful...but i know the truth:grin:

It seems like you've got things pretty firmly back on track..eating out with friends is always my big test - like if I just stick to my normal portion control/food choices without a lot of internal anguish, then I know I'm good for the long haul, but if I have to struggle with (or even give in to) the little voice that says "but this is different/special so you should indulge" then I'm in the wrong mindset and problems will follow.

Winter is wonderful, at least for me .  We are getting more snow tomorrow but I think it's going to turn to snow/ice/slush--yuk.  I just won a pair of snow shoes for one of my nephews on ebay, now I just need to get a pair for the older one. I'll keep my eye on ebay but right now on the bigger ones people are bidding too high....when you add in the shipping you may just as well go to LL Bean and order them new. Sometimes I think people just get caught up in the bidding...dumb.

I had a really busy day becuase I combined my appointments for tomorrow with todays so I can work at home tomorrow without leaving. I don't mind going out in the snow but if it's icey I'd rather not go out. It will be a good chance for me to get caught up on my paper work...it's overflowing right now. It's stressing me out and I need to take care of that since it is stress that often sends me to the junk food closet. So far I have been able to control it though.

My weight is down a little over 2 more pounds, I am very happy with my progress but I have a long way to go so I won't celebrate just yet:dizzy:.

It's good that you know what triggers you off with your food that way at least you can avoid or put in measures to safe guard your new habits. 2lb is a good weight loss, well done. I've been thinking about how heavy that is and if you pick up something it really brings it home.

Lami, Cport, thanks. This is a long adventure we are all on, I am so glad to have people like you guys to offer support. I hope I can do the same for you.

Boy did I have to really push myself this morning. When I got up it was snowing and my husband had the day off, the bed was so warm, I wasn't sure I could make the hill if I went out, you know about 1,000 good reasons not to go to the gym. BUT, I pushed myself out of that bed, took the dogs out, decided if I took the SUV  and left now I could go to the gym and get my work out in. I had a DVD but it wouldn't have been as good. When I got to the gym all of the stair masters were taken but I did 50 minutes on the treadmill with the 1 to 1 intervals  even raised it to 5.5 % for some of the time. When I finished I admit there were free stair masters but honestly I felt I had better get home and get up my driveway....it is really steep, like so steep some trucks can't make it. So I did go home.

I love the snow but sometimes it is just inconvenient. Anyway I'm back to loving it, it snowed all day, it did change to freezing rain now which I do not like but hey you get what you get.

For supper I made "spaghetti" and meatballs for the spaghetti I used shiratake noodles, they were pretty good. I am not going to say it was exactly the same but a very decent substitute and the trade off in calories and carbs is huge so it is worth it. I am going to look into purchasing them at the Asian market though because at the health food store they are pretty expensive. I can also check on line because they have a decent shelf live.

This is a great winter so far....snow, snow and more snow I am not sick of it yet.

OK, not a great day. I did fine food and exercise wise but I am just feeling tired and grouchy...for no reason.

First I couldn't go to the gym this morning for Body Pump, instead I did a weight DVD. It is no where near as good a work out. Then the driveway was a sheet of ice so I had to sand it a couple times between scraping it. At noon time the tech guy from my office showed up to swap out my computer. Well, that basically took the rest of the day so nothing got accomplished...and he has to come back next week for a couple of things. GRRR. Oh and then the supper I cooked was terrible. I cooked chicken in the crock pot , I have tried it several times and everytime it comes out overcooked. I can not figure it out but I think I am done with trying. I love to use the crock pot but I guess not for chicken.  My husband ate it but I didn't, he is a much better sport about things like that than me.

Oh well, that's life just needed to vent a little. Fortunately I have enough calories left for a dish of ice cream tonight and I will be having that :yum:. Ice cream fixes just about anything.

I agree Zas it really spurns me on to get up and do it. Accounting here really pushes me to keep trying even when I feel like giving up. I also see what others and doing and think if they can do all that I can surly do my bit!

Lami, Zas, Yup that challenge really makes a difference. Odd too when you think about it....I mean what happens if we don't do it?? But once you put it down you feel obligated that's why it works I think. We're good at guilting ourselves .

Much better day today, busy but no where near so stressful.

Tomorrow we're suppose to be getting another 6-9" of snow...this is a great winter .

I am picking up my nephews tomorrow night, they are 5 and 7. We will go sledding on Saturday and maybe take in a movie, it's going to be cold probably in the 20's but we will be able to sled for an hour or so. On Sunday we will do some craft projects because it's suppose to really cold, the high for the day is like 15. I'm thinking of making potholders or maybe doing something with gimp. I also think we can make some sugar cookies, it's always fun to decorate them. Of course they will have to take those home.

So far the week has gone well with the food and exercise. If I get through this weekend it will be 3 full weeks which is what I usually need to get back on track. It will be a challenge with the  boys here because we pretty much let them decide what we eat (within reason of course) but it is usually mac n cheese, peanut butter sandwiches, french toast that kind of thing, none of which is low calorie.

Hi Hiker...........just had to chime in, when I saw you mention the "cold" temps!   If you have a high of only 22 on Saturday..........it will be 50 degrees warmer than what we had this morning on my drive into work.   Yep!  -28 degrees this morning!   Thank goodness the wind died down......it wasn't as cold yesterday, but the windchills were in the -35 to -40 degree range on my way home last night.    I imagine it will be moving your direction.........the MN weather often hits the east coast a few days later!

Yup, it is on it's way, now -28---that is too cold, even for me . Perfect temp for me is mid 20's and NO WIND. Makes a big difference.

We are rethinking the sledding with the boys if it's too cold we will go to the armor muesum instead. Either way they will have fun.

Good day food wise, exercise wasn't great. I did my salsa tape which is fun and somewhat of a work out but not as much as if I went to the gym.
