I eat so ,uch all the time. Even when I am not hungry, I will plan ways to get into the fridge and get some food. Even when I am full, I will continue eating everything in site, this really bothers me, and I could use some help! Thanks

Keep a food journal and only eat when you feel really hungry.

i would like to know what you are eating?
what sort of foods do you crave?

I have the same problem, I keep a food diery too.... I know something that does help, which is try to spend half your time preparing your food, take your time, while preparing your food have a couple of glasses of water, you will notice that when you are ready to eat you wont eat as much as your initially felt like....

It happens with me as well. I get bulimic too but the fact that I am quite too thin keeps me from worrying about it.
However if I do not eat enough I will become tired easily. Its really the genes and the metabolism that triggers everything.

I have had that exact issue for about a year or two now and during that time have also been bullimic [which I am not proud of =[ and do not wish to repeat ever] I started keeping a food diary at the start of January 2012 which really helped lots and I spent a month and a half doing lots of exercise and gave up alcohol and chocolate. From about mid february it all went downhill again and I now can't stop eating - like you described all I do is eat and when I'm not then I plan to eat.
Right now I boredom eat frequently, I eat what I see [whatever is put in front of me] even though I am very picky, I consume extremely high levels of sugar and it's not helping my moods at all. I also buy food unnecessarily nearly everyday and non of it is good for me - even though I recognise all of this I still can't stop. HELP!
I need ANY advice that ANYONE could give to help my situation and kick the habits for good. Thank you!
